At Chill & Tonic, we value your time and commitment to our services. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment. There will be a fee payable for any cancellations outside of this timeframe. In the event that you have to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will need to contact Chill and Tonic by email (anita@chillandtonic.co.uk) or phone (07737855235) in order to amend your existing booking. In the event of a second cancellation or a no show, clients will be required to pay a 100% deposit for any future booking
Rescheduling - Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any fees. There will be a £25 cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving 48 hours prior notice. Please understand that your appointment slot is reserved for you when you request a treatment and failure to attend results in cost to the business.
